He will drop a load at once out of the blue probably. I read somewhere ages ago that he had bought new premises In West London and was refurbishing the new HQ. Their secretive 80s style ZX/C64 esque website has not been accessible for a while. Looking forward to seeing what he does next……
Yes. He always does things differently. Fresh take. That label is always worth checking…
This is lovely. Do you think it will be released on wax?
Looks like cassette and CD only unfortunately. Here’s hoping for a future press.
Wow both of those tracks are great and I generally hate the tuba - it’s such a clunky instrument, but put in this modern dub context it sounds great. Never say never! Nice tip
World weary country toe taps towards mushroom season Americana whilst taking a slug of blue eyed psychedelic soul on the new Scott Hirsch LP for @echomagic. One for the good old boy and girls that prefer a bud to half a bottle of bourbon.
Ably assisted by some holistically minded musicians and a light touch from producer @SeanLaBrooy, classic chill out vibes nuzzle deep soporific ambient house in a studio awash with New Age frequencies. All is love and dreaminess in this fine transmission.
I did another round up of singles and EP that dropped over the summer, here’s a few choice ones
IMO underrated MC, Wiki (from Ratking) has a decent new LP ‘Half God’ out (if your after some new hiphop)
Really enjoying this, esp the strong JJ Cale vibes!
Just heard this via the eclectics fb group A real beaut
enjoying that OK EG one. good call SMM
Parked the other thread and I’m not sure that I’ve done it right but lets put new and forthcoming stuff in here.
Fuck yeah! Getting the hang of admin : )
Tbh I’ve only had to look at two comments since this started
Where music is at in 2021 is not necessarily the same thing as upcoming releases of interest. The record that really got me going today was the new Barry Brown double album on Pressure Sounds. It’s new but it’s far from where music is at right now. I’m voting unlock
That’s lovely
Yeah, I stuck it up. The whole album is ace.
