Whats the mix you often go back to that we might not know?

Thanks for this…I needed a reminder of how good JJ Cale is

If you like Roy Ayers, this is a banger:

A mix of OG material on Disc 1, and the hip hop tracks Roy inspired on Disc 2.

I’m still trying to find a download of his Nitch Pop mix, if any of you know where I can find it, I’ll be forever indebted to you

I’m not sure if its complete, but I have a 320 of the Zecky Nitch Pop mix - there’s no tracklist, 5 tracks, 25 mins long. Can send you a link - message me if you’re interested.

Perhaps my favourite Trushmix: 5 hour recording of Sotofett going through the gears at the local pizzeria in downtown Helsinki.

Nice to go back to these slighty older mixes from Marco, as recently from what I’ve heard his club sets are increasingly faster and trancey… in keeping with what “the masses” are into at the moment I guess.

This BIS mix was on heavy rotation and no reason it shouldn’t still be.

Always these 3 mixes. Maybe I posted before…

This one from the guys behind the Parisian label Latency is a complete space trip. Heavy on the indica.

The absolute greatest mix of all time for me, probably tied with this one Klaus mix but can’t find it online right now unfortunately

Norman Jay at the height of his powers in 94. Bumpin’ house from front to back.

Ft. a beautiful cover of an old Ashford and Simpson penned song for Diana Ross “Remember Me”. Smith and Mighty meets Frankie Foncett.

Frankie Foncett must be one of the UK’s unsung heroes - his remixes in the 90s were incredible.

in another thread Optimo got mentioned, reminded me of this mix. It really is something else and kills it every time, although not exactly the best selection for a sunny Friday morning:

Should buy this CD really. Personally a very influential and inspiring mix, as is the person behind it.

it’s probably been posted here but I had another listen to this Island records mix by Trevor Jackson and it is truly magnificent IMHO.

It’s a beaut isn’t it? There’s a part two kicking about as well.
