This just popped up on my YouTube feed
Looks like there may be some other interesting things on the same channel
Ive gone in
What’s in your setup? Liking the room decor….
Looks a lovely space!
Ta!
Denon Amp, 1210 and Wiim pro for streaming. Dj stuff is in the loft as my collage artwork seems to be on an upward trajectory. I’m now able to spend an hour or longer most days doing some with a record on which is amazing!
Looks great! Where is the stand from? Speakers looked great as well
Stand is a Novogratz NG Regal Turntable stand, speakers are Fyne Audio, forgot to mention those
Enjoying this Soul of Haringey comp but could do with some mp3s…
some old, some new. and a quick hello from maple the dog.

the mailman has been good to me this week. in addition to records, he also brought me a package from my old pal, who’s passing along a turntable weight as well as his original mount ortofon DJ/s’ (now i can retire my older, somewhat-broken concords) as well as his stash of replacement stylii.
TCR003. Finally arrived at Phonica after pre ordering in July.
TCR is a Tom Carruthers vinyl only side project.
House music in a MAD/Lex Wolf kind of vibe.
3 titles that are quite unrelated in style this week for me -
Michael Silk - Music to Holiday By
Independently released boom bap exotica played live over 16 short instrumental tracks
Dan White - Off Bluff ep
One that escaped me upon release in 2015 on Melbourne label Butter Sessions. I couldn’t go past the track “The Hammer (Think Mix)” which sounds so amazing almost 10 years on
and lastly, the enigma that is Space Lady - outsider/street performing legend with her charmingly lo-fi and totally unique take on some classic tunes.
Weirdly I pulled that Sequencer track from the racks this week, at random.
Listen to the Rekid remix and thought “this is genius! Why was this off in another room, it should be near my decks and played regularly?!
On the third listen of the week, I was like, “nah this can go back upstairs”
Like that Total Blue record a lot, but not bought it yet. How’s the pressing etc?
Sounds good to me, though I’m no audiophile. Great record
Ace record
sounds good to my terrible ears! super glad i got it, i played it like three times yesterday.
