Pre order on this. New one from Puli on that downtempo, dubby tip. Total TP sound.

Almost a crate now. Trying not to buy things I owned previously but that store is a diggers dream because loads of guys who went to places like the lost, garage etc moved to CT and are selling.

It’s Redscroll about 90 minutes outside New York.

Ridiculously good. Their equivalent of the $ bin is nothing more than $5 and you get plenty in there. Pretty much can get the whole Salsoul, West End, Prelude catalogs bar the rare ones in there. They are priced to sell.

good store, lots of classic bootleg series that are no longer for sale on discogs so worth checking out for sure. not much contemporary techno etc. but I guess there are other shops for that.

Oh wow, thanks for heads up. I live in Stamford, CT. Will def be looking to make a trip up during the fall.

Best hour trip you’ll take. Check every section as things like the Isle Of Jura releases are all in the reggae section or the weirdo section, I found great disco records in the soul section, the Hot Classics comps are under the alternative section, etc. You really do have to have a look. The secondhand records are absolute gold and there is so much. They’ll bring more out for you as well if you look too interested. I got overwhelmed and forced myself to leave or I’d still be there.

Ha, thanks for the info. I better have a clear and well defined budget before going in. Not sure how long that will last once I’m inside though….
