It was so lovely @TimIndulge i got there early before it kicked off and was greeted by Zaf’s usual term of endearment “baker you c… how you doing” a cracking turnout for Richard this year and much more civilised than past years lots of kids this year too. Everyone played music Richard loved we all chipped in for a present for his son and got him 300 quid spending money for his trip to Disney land. Every year we sing happy birthday to him too which always makes me well up. The sun shone all day for him. Great day.:smiley:

I was iffy about going to see the Sabres on Saturday but they were brilliant.. Full tent , sound was perfect and they really appreciated the crowd.. They had loads of friends with them from Scotland, Belfast and Dublin right up the front and they were floating around after the gig chatting to people, looked like they really enjoyed it..

Going to La Nature festival tomorrow, located in the forests of the french part of Belgium. I managed to grab a ticket out of nowhere since it sells out extremely fast. It’s by far the hottest ticket in the country lately.

Big on community, scenography, light-art, spaced out electronics and bleepy techno. No line-up is revealed but this year’s edition might include XDB, ddwy, Mike Parker, Psyk, Andy Martin, Tobias, Aurora Halal, Merope, Vera Logdanidi etc.

Jealous! I’ve been many times but sadly it’s something the ex got in the separation. Make sure you’re fresh for the dome on Sunday!

Might be coming down for that sen one, he’s up here the following Friday but doesn’t suit us. Need to check hotel prices :folded_hands:t2:

I think that’s on the cards for us also.. Dublin hotel prices are crazy some weekends. Marlin and Camden court hotels are few minutes walking distance from hang dai.. worth checking out

I’ll be at that

Worth checking out Trinity Halls options also.. Stayed there during the summer, to go to a gig, and was cheaper than a hotel.
