Any recommendations for festivals in the North, or even the North Midlands? Everything seems to involve an 8 hour jaunt from Scotland.

Have looked at it myself as an option before due to the terrible weather Ur guaranteed at Irish festivals, but not actually been. Not sure north Midlands is that much better weatherwise tbh, anywhere southeast of Glastonbury seems to be a good shout to avoid a drenching past few years.

It’s not full Northshire but a great event.
Can’t think of a more TP appropriate party and defo a few attendees (and DJs) from this parish
Though the yurt did once leak on the Idjut’s mixer. Not that they were fazed.

It’s sold out so you should be able to resale. Or give Frank a buzz as he’s got loads more asking for list than he has spaces.

Going to Clarissa Connolly at the ICA next week, anyone else dig her? Last two albums great, especially World Of Work one of my favourite albums from last year.

Sort of like an even more ethereal and ambient Kate Bush.

Might see if anyone is willing to go house of God next month. always a good night out but the sound system at tunnel club is a bit tinnie, and now that I’m partially deaf I’m not sure if I want to exacerbate my tinnitus.

Really miss the old PP system. saw Benny Ill there so many times and any dub reggae he played on there sounded so alive without having to turn it massively up. a clean, mid volume and balanced sound is so underrated.

Not sure if Funktion1 's really fulfil that criteria, but I’m not an expert. Old tanoys sound very nice.
