Used to follow those lists religiously… still have 4 of the LPs in that chart. The Didier Bocquet album is a real oddball.
@glue_factory it’s probably from Music Technology but there were quite a few similar electronic music magazines in the 80s.

Tracklist from a mix on Gary Hickson’s Big Beat Show - Radio Lancashire October 1991. Living in North Wales at the time and could pick up the station, essential listening to for my 18 year old ears. Apologies for the quality but it’s been stuffed into the case with tape for 30 odd years.
