Thanks, I mainline this kind of shit, thought I had it all covered but not discovered this series
Not a podcast but this is great
On a secretly recorded tape, a confident-sounding man boasts of his influence with corrupt police. He sounds like a crime boss, or some kind of underworld Mr Big. He says he can help make problems with the law go away. But first, he wants the truth about a murder.
But who is Mr Big?
Strong start on this.
Stakeknife - the story of Freddie Scapaticci
They’re serialising Richard Ford’s Frank Bascombe novels on Radio 4 - probably THE perfect books for radio
Listening to Ignorance part 5 and there’s a TP cross over with a short section on Zone of Interest
Any decent music/DJ podcasts about at the moment? Anything discussing 80s-90s era might be of interest.
Alot of the things ive come across are a bit too basic talking about the usual stuff. Something going a bit deeper would be nice.
not really a DJ podcast but it’s got some really interesting guests
This looks great!!
Indeed just had a look at it… Cheers @Balearic_Clapton
Looks good, thanks!
This isnt bad. The recent Fabio & Grooverider and Terry Farley ones were good
Tiga’s last night on earth
Chris Hawkins did a good Graeme Park interview in a diff series
1st time Ive ever heard ( or read) he mentions growing up in Grantham - normally skips Scotland straight to Nottingham
He played sax in my BFs older brother’s college band
The How To DJ two parter with David Holmes is excellent
Yeah that’sa good one
