The gulf in squad depth and strength with the big money clubs is exactly why I want to stay put in the championship. Proud of the way Southampton played though was a big ask. Tondaā€™s management since coming in has been incredible and heā€™s only 33 years old.

A weird experience watching that game. We didnā€™t deserve to get anything from tonight, let alone win the league, but there was no disappointment at all. Hearts, or any team outwith us and Celtic, winning the league would be the best thing to happen to Scottish football and would hopefully have the knock on effect changing mindsets. Andā€¦ the best football has not been played by any of the 3 in the title fight. That award goes to Motherwell who have transformed from being hammer throwers to a Cruyff-esque, very un-Scottish, exemplar of the Beautiful Game.
