Vaguely remembered this from when it was released but it was hearing it out (saturday afternoon shopping somewhere if you must know) some time in the mid 00s when I rediscovered it, and now its comfortably one of my favourite 90s house tunes.

Her books are good aswell.

There was talk of a ‘catch’ in the voice. its here in the opening few bars of the vocal. Not a bad tune for an australian born country singer…

There are great voices who can really SING, and then there are people who can really DELIVER a song. Often not the same people (eg Grace Jones).
