This guy . He clearly got someone to cop some trainers for him that would make him look like an everyman for a photo op. So transparently fake and disingenuous to everyone. Then questions why people would be focussed on what he wears.
Oh damn, Lovefingers “Fingertracks” along with Bumrocks, Fervent Moon and a million blogspots were a key source for new sounds back then, and I’m still hunting for the vinyl form of some of the gems I found there. Looks great!
ok… here is the thing on t-shirts… 100% recommend waiting for the 6 pack of Kirkland (Costco Own Brand) to become available on Amazon - which it does fairly regularly, although they also sell out.
These are good if you like your t-shirts like this:
a) Big - I get Medium - would get Large in a UK brand
b) Long - obvs you wear them untucked but these are long enough if you have a small paunch to cover all. Nice.
c) Thick cotton.
d) Tight round neck - no baggy neck
SUPER CHEAP but do not be fooled Quality is there… I buy a pack of 6 white ones every year.
Nice! Interesting statement (no judgement) about how the survivors write the history…
“ was the first and what some audiophiles consider to be the finest music thread to ever grace the Web, and has since…”
Finest? Maybe, as this is subjective, but DreamChimney and others were also awesome.
First? Not on your life! But all good, where are the others now to dispute this…
Reminds me though, I recently came across an interview I did with you many moons ago.
It was right at the beginning of TP.
One of my final questions is to recommend a tune to my readers - and you were loving “Hitman” by Adrian Gurvitz, which I now love too!
