That must have been fun! Did you see him at the Subbie in Oct ‘90? I made it to that one. And Derrick May had played a few weeks before. I think Andrew played at The Scream gig at Barrowlands in late90/ early 91 too. I don’t remember The Plaza as a venue. But the name reminds me of The Metro! Jeewhizz! 808 state in Saltcoats - totally bonkers.
A bit too young and a bit too American, I’m afraid. This show/tour? must have been pretty special given the timing, however. Speaking of Primal Scream. I’m curious about when Kevin Shields joined their live shows. I know he popped up on the records. This must have been something.
I think that Kevin S joined them in 2000. Your ticket was from the Screamadelica tour. Andrew supported them quite q few times on that tour.

Sounds From The Flightpath Estate is a compilation celebrating people and places, the outlook, aesthetic and music Andrew Weatherall was known for, and the sense of community and love of music centered around The Golden Lion.
The sounds are forward thinking, created with a deep understanding of the music of the past but future facing, dance floor oriented and made with love.
