Yeah that was Chris Keyz. He passed away sadly a few years ago.

Press Play 3 was me and my mate Paul. Chris also did loads of artwork for many people mostly for free as he just wanted to contribute.,wicked DJ as well, dearly missed.

Paul Hughes?

I think we used to have one of those. Do people still use them?

Definetly!

Yes, indeed.

that Alzo track is vv special

I was going to share my Substack somewhere on the forum, and this felt like the most appropriate thread. I put out a weekly newsletter where I suggest five tracks, usually all in some sort of theme, and sometimes will have friends come along and make a guest choice (recent guests include Lovefingers, Make A Dance, Eternal Love, Spencer Zahn, CFCF, Jex Opolis, Juan Izguerra, and many more).

This weekā€™s edition is out today, and itā€™s got a guest pick from Manuel Darquart!

Sad to hear about Chris, used to have lots of email chats with him, and share mixes.

This thread has reminded me of Ugly Talented, there is a link still up (from 2008!)
