Alan Dixon’s Take A Trip, as heard on Ross Allen this morning, released next month. I’m a soft touch for a deep acid tune.
Picking up my late pass for being so slow in checking the Paul Mccartney’s Left mix that came out yonks ago, I’ve always found Macca annoying for some reason and gave his music a wide birth, listening to this mix Im blown away by how good some of the tracks are.
Ive know Check My Machine for a while and shortly after checking the mix saw it for a couple of quid so picked it up.
A favoutite from back in the days, been holding out for a US press but finally settled for a UK press as it was cheap as chips (cheaper than a bag of chips infact) and in real clean condintion.
Really liking the Michael J Blood, reminds me of Delroy Edwards / LIES vibe
Local store in Miami had one so I copped it.
New reissue of Fursattl Rheinlust on Claremont 56 with bonus tracks.
Very nice Neu style driving kraut jams.
Touching Bass compilation out today on Bandcamp
I love this, will pick it up next week hopefully.
Got a gift voucher for bongos for my birthday so picked up a few bits I missed first time round.

Took a trip across Manchester today to Fletcher Moss Park, afterwards called into the local Oxfam and picked up a copy of Coldcut’s ‘Autumn Leaves’ with an Irresistible Force rmx, not the famous mix alas but still good & also a copy of 'Introducing Sergio Mendes & Brasil ‘66’ (worth buying just for the cover alone) which sounds great now on a sunny summer evening whilst having a beer.
