Does anyone select Evri on shipping from Juno and was the delivery ok? It’s cheaper and guaranteed next day whereas Royal Mail not guaranteed. What’s the catch? Had a bad experience with Evri a few years ago (when they were called Hermes) so on the fence
Avoid Evri at all costs. I’ve had various nightmare scenario’s with them over the years. The latest couple earlier this summer the courier didn’t get the package to even the correct postcode. I had to track my parcels down and go and try and retrieve them myself.
Companies are locked into contracts with them because they are so cheap but soon regret it and the last couple have immediately sent replacements via Royal mail or DPD. I would opt out of Evri every time if given the option.

Think it depends on your local evri staff, I’ve not really had any issues with them and did notice that Juno offered free delivery with them when I pre-ordered the love handles 12 earlier so i took a punt on them!
Had a bigger issues with royal mail recently sending stuff for Belfast through an post in Dublin which after Brexit means they want to charge a 16 euro import fee for a 12!

Every time I order anything that comes via evri I can guarantee I will get a phishing SMS seeing if I want to arrange redelivery. I don’t trust them or their security
