Did you sneak it in the back?

Is this a re-ish or the Japanese Press from 1974?

Love this album. Spindrift is a fave.

1974 Japan Pressing in the back mate but this is the cool part.

There’s a Japanese seller on Discogs that sells under the name MION

https://www.discogs.com/user/MION.UK (all his terms here)

You buy the record in Japan and he ships in bulk to his London HQ then posts via Royal Mail £3.50

So you’re not paying ridiculous shipping and duties. It takes a little longer but they are super efficient and communication is top draw

Has over 170K records listed and offers are nearly always excepted. I got that for 15quid plus 3.50 postage, it was 20.50 original price.

Got more bits coming this week. Would say also that they grade the records very conservatively too.

Its amazing how much of Blue Lines is ripped from other tunes.

That sounds great. I generally tend to prefer Japanese pressings, so I’ll check them out. Thanks for the tip.

Blue Lines is littered with samples isn’t it? Amazing when you consider when it was released. Daydreaming got me into Wally Badarou and exploring the compass point sound.

The Billy Cobham break from Stratus is genius.
