no active fishers in the house, but no reason not to try. i’ve always enjoyed watching people fly fish - it looks amazingly difficult, and much more like a dance than an activity when done well. the water is clear and cold - we talked about tubing it but i think we were all either too high or too lazy.

Lovely little Sunday party in Amsterdam called Ciranda that’s put on by Mendel. Caught Nick (the Record), Chima Isaaro and Mendel b2b Marcel Vogel. Everyone was there from toddlers to seasoned heads. More of this.

Afraid not. I was planning to go but unfortunately was made redundant (again) a couple of months ago and can’t afford it. It is now seven years since I last went, wondering whether I’ll ever make it again.
Looking at the LI website I see there’s still tickets and accommodation available. Have they had issues selling tickets? It always used to be sold out. I know UK festivals have struggled on early ticket sales because of the weather and the fact everyone is generally skint. Would be a shame to see LI struggle.

Not a bad venue just outside Dublin near the mountains so loads of B&B near by without paying ridiculous city hotel prices.
