Pharoah Sanders used to be in a band with a guy I used to work with. This was before he was called PS. The guy I used to work with is a right character. He almost won the Nobel prize and used to hang out with Neil Cassidy and Ken Kesey in La Honda (Santa Cruz mountains) back in the day. He had a brilliant record collection.

From Ireland best fly to Manchester?
Yes, Todmorden is bout 30 plus miles from Manchester airport, lovely little town in the Calder Valley. You could also fly to Leeds / Bradford i guess.

Thereās a Dublin contingent that usually make the trip over for ALFOS at The Golden Lion and think they fly into Leeds but Todmorden is almost exactly halfway between Manchester and Leeds so guess it depends on flight times & prices
