Play early, eat wonky chocolate. Sounds great. Enjoy!
That’s the plan!
Hope its not as hot as the Grace Sands recent one

I tried to go see this Arthur Verocai free concert last night but by time I got there the venue was already full. It was an outdoor gig so I picked a spot where I could just about see Arthur conducting the orchestra. Beautiful show, beautiful music.
Can confirm that Lovefingers, Lawden, Kassian and Linkwood all killed it last night. Spent the day today with these two Norwegian gents and despite some very heavy legs, soon off to their all-nighter.
Dispatches from the outer reaches of Balearic-dom. Been doiing my bi-monthly at Outlaws in Leeds tonight. Bumped into a lesser spotted Andi Hanley who made a rare appearance above the parapet. He’s moved from Manchester to rural North Yorkshire. Asked him if theres any music coming but apparently its a no go. Dudes looking and sounding well though
That’s good to hear. Some good chats way back at the Roadhouse…
I heard Ruf Dug play a couple of new edits from him a few weeks back on NTS. Guess there not getting a release
Could be heading there tomorrow as an office outing.
Nice, let us know what it’s like.
Was busy (we went around 4pm) and very impressive when you eventually got into the listening area. Devon Turnbull was in and out of the room and we were lucky enough to hear an amazing reel to reel recording he announced as ‘something Virgil and I made’ or that’s what I thought he said anyway. Was totally immersed in the first track which was a real low fi jazz plodder but the second got a bit too noodly for my taste. Could have spent hours in there but you felt a bit guilty lurking for too long given how many people were waiting. Probably best to go in the morning if you fancy a visit.
Amazing, sad I won’t be able to get there in time. Was it loud, I mean to loud enough drown out talking/coughing and general irritating noise?
Was pretty loud but not overly. Everyone was very quiet so obviously a fair few music heads in there
Not sure if this is the correct thread, but if you missed last nights Nado 25th anniversary street party in Stockport, it’s being resteamed tomorrow night (Sunday) on Twitch. Moonboots, JB and Boggy on the decks. Over five hours of absolute aceness.
Coolest Stockport ever was when I was a kid was Stolen from Ivor, bought my first pair of Lois jeans there, God bless the old place, big up Stocky.
Stolen from Ivor! Proper blast from the past
SK1 records doing some great things in Stocky at the minute.
SfIvor were the flares place?
