Anyone heading to Mr Scruff on Sunday?
Iām going tonight! (Brighton)
Hope itās a fun night, we can exchange notes!
Iām in Phoenix for the week and took one of the driverless taxis. What a trip, really does feel like the future.
Whoa really, do you get like a back seat brake! I think having something in the driving seat might make me feel slightly better, like a Jonny Cab
Hope you have a great night, is that at Alphabet? Used to love seeing Scruff at the Concord way back
Doing the Basement in LA next Friday. Really one of the best places here. A brilliant sound system in a basement and lots of freaky people that are open minded⦠not sure where you get tickets if youāre an LA personā¦
Anyone at FKA Twigs tomorrow in London? Some concern Iām going to be the oldest bloke in the room, and Iām not that old
Mr Scruff through someone elseās phone
Not many people can squeeze Can you feel it, The funky drummer and Night boat to Cairo into the same set
He also played this which sounded incredible
You couldnāt pay me enough to get in one of those
Not that I live remotely near LA to attend, but I started following the ppl who run those nights on Instagram after I seen bill Brewster playing there and recommending, just in case I ever went on holiday and happened to coincide with one of their nights. I think you just get In touch via their DMs to RSVP. In case that helps anyone out
DJ Kerry was also on an episode of the DJH podcast.
Sounds like a great party.
Itās the best Iāve found in the US. Sort of like the loft with a load of LA people if you happened to find it under someoneās house up a hill somewhereā¦
No main act - Homeboy Sandman - due to the disruption from the Heathrow fire. This presumably affected loads of gigs this weekend.
I had no idea until the support act announced it. Any disappointment was alleviated by Mr Thing staying on until the end and delivering a casual masterclass in DJing.
We loved Sheffield. Proper nice vibe for a city. Went round the Greaves gallery on the top floor of the public library today, which was excellent.
My 18yr old daughter and her boyfriend went to Amsterdam yesterday for the weekend just to walk my friends dogs while they move into a new place⦠win win
Weāre having a little album party on Saturday 5th April at All My Friends in Hackney Wick playing through their new soundsystem which Iāve not yet heard. Andy and I from start to finish. Hope some of you can make it - free entry! Weāll have a handful of copies to sell should anyone want one
