Took me two hours to get out of the car park after a particularly large Sunday at bloc 2016. Paid for a hotel room in Minehead at lunchtime to get some more kip then drove back the same night about 9ish :joy:

Heading back to convenanza next week, can’t wait! Going over on Monday for a cpl of quiet days before our friends arrive on Wednesday. Back home the following Wednesday. Be nice to bump into anyone here, and If I see any test Pressing tees I’ll know who to approach! Weather not looking just as good as last year atm, but it’s getting down to 11c at home here next week so it’ll be alot nicer than that regardless!

Rare night out for the Mrs and me at this in bristol, looking forward to seeing Time is Away alongside some Japanese photography. I said to her do you want to have a read about it, she said it makes no sense to me but i trust your judgement, I love my wife.

I’m not going to this as tbh when I went to H&S boat party with Dj Lloyd I felt really, obviously OLD amongst a very young crowd. Apart from Lloyd! Need to stick to Lowlife and Faith I think.

But Mike Who is Mr Planet Trip and this will likely be an insane party.

Perhaps they should rename as ‘Feel the Olds’

Marcos Valle last night in Seattle. Incredible energy & presence at 81 years old. Alternated between electric keyboards and a sublime Fender Rhodes with a tight ensemble & his wife on vocals. Everyone dancing the whole time.
