big fan of alton brown and his “good eats” show. good food recipes and science, but the production is also fun, he put a lot of effort into making a little 30 minute food network show silly and re-watchable.

Im YouTubing nothing at the moment as its decided to feed me ads about every 45 seconds. A glitch? It’s coming up during Shirley Collins excellent ‘Sweet Primeroses’ album - so I can’t see that it’s got anything to do with that…
