watched the second part last night. thoroughly depressing all round. I’d foolishly expected some kind of happy ending to the story.
The second episode was garbage. It felt really rushed. And as you say, really unsatisfying that the investigation was ultimately a failure.
Did the Aussie comedy Colin From Accounts make it across the pond? Can highly recommend if you haven’t seen it.

3/4 of the film is full of character comedy combined in some parts with comedy of situation, nicely building to great final message.
Also caught on TV Woody Harrelson’s Lost In London.
One shot movie (broadcasted live in cinemas?!) about “bad as it can get” night, based on true event. Good fun.
