the mixture of beauty and brutality too

Yeah stoked! We have just re-watched the lot, so perfect timing.

Attack On Wembley. Netflix

I’ve said it for years but there’s nothikg like football for bringing out the whoppers en masse.

How a few lads having a day out on the sniff turned very ugly indeed. Raises some disturbing questions about backwards attitudes just under the surface of our society, and while a mob of Neanderthals were definitely the cause of this chaos the doc doest ask any questions about why there were so many weak spots at the stadium for an event like this, or why there was such a low police presence until it had already kicked off.

The Northern Lights. Hopefully :crossed_fingers:

I actually really liked this!

Not for me at all, the 2 Cock-er-ney Geezers did my head in, awful

We had a beautiful display from the loft when I went to bed at 11pm. My wife has always wanted to go to the arctic circle to see the aurora. I feel quids in :joy:

Dream Scenario just now on Netflix. Another nice indie from A24. Cage is solid throughout, the story is original and of the very dark humour variety.

We were beaten by a late influx of clouds, unfortunately. My eldest son got some lovely photos in Edinburgh.

Really enjoying Race Across The World, as good as the previous series’. More about the characters than the journey

I think I’m the only person where we live that didn’t see it, I’ll be on alert + tonight :face_with_monocle:

Same here. I was seeing reports and countless pictures on Reddit from the South West and kept checking around midnight and after but didn’t see a thing. Is it something that’s just a brief flash or something that lingers in the air? Questions!

Just gonna leave this here…

Almost everyone I know gets a proper buzz over Eurovision. They go all out and order custom t shirts for certain acts and throw watching parties but I just don’t get it. I watched about 10 minutes one year at uni and think it’s one of the most cringe things I’ve ever seen. I’d genuinely rather sit alone in the dark doing nothing. What are people’s thoughts? I’m left wondering if I’m the strange one for not being able to enjoy it

Many years ago we would take acid and watch it. That made it OK.

I cant sit through it but the rest of my house loves it.

Watched this last night, apparently it was the worst performing debut on Netflix this year and the critics don’t rate it at all but I thought it was really good, had me laughing throughout, really stupid and silly so right up my street.
