What are you watching?

Started it yesterday, really well done. What a cultural moment that was. (Which I thoroughly enjoyed reading about in VICE while I drank my earl grey)

Any love for Special Ops: Lioness? I binged the whole series with a Sunday hangover - by no means perfect but very entertaining.

Was channel hopping last night and T2: Judgement Day was on. Some special edition version with extra bits I hadn’t seen before. They didn’t really add to the movie but what struck me was it hasn’t really aged at all. The only thing that dates it is the kids dodgy mullet at the beginning. One of the best action films of all time. Peak Arnie.

Absolute class that

Enjoying it, im a big boxing fan but can’t stand Furys antics and conduct around a lot of sides of the sport but it is good viewing. How his wife puts up with him I dont know.

Australian Traitors - not quite as good as the UK one but entertaining.

Wayne Shorter - Zero Gravity on Prime Video, engaging and inspirational.

Boxed off who is Erin Carter on a work trip. Entertainingly silly with plot holes a plenty, but good fun and the inevitable second series tee up!

We finished it last night, good Saturday night fodder. I’d watch another series.

Binged the final series of Top Boy this weekend. Thought it was fantastic - by far the best one. All the cast are great but Kane Robinson and Jasmine Jobson were just amazing.

Looking forward to seeing how long Barry Keoghan’s character lasts in the new season.
Spoiler alert

She’s so good I currently think I have developed a bit of a crush on her.

He lives along the road from us here in Dundee. His partner is from around here, although I think they’ve split up which may explain why I’ve not seen him at the shops for a bit…

If you’re looking for something you don’t really have to engage with, this documentary series about the professional bull riding league is good fun. Maybe some of the thickest people ever put on camera . The music is great as well, lots of Ry Cooder style boot-gaze.

Watched the ‘Seven Fishes’ episode of the Bear last night. One of the best bits of telly ever surely.

I felt like a Berzatto myself during that episode. Very immersive. Great series. I also LOVED Richie’s episode. Cousin come good.
