Ever figure this one out?

This alternative version of Sessomatto by Sesso Matto that just sounds like either the same band doing a different and slightly altered take on the song, or maybe a different band doing a slightly altered version of it.

What the hell is it? It doesn’t appear to be on the original album, not the pressings i listened to anyway. Maybe on some deluxe version? Just something else entirely?

Could it be on this?

I did look at that, it seems to be on spotify but won’t play, I obviously can’t rule it out without having heard it, but this does appear to be a remix album with house and breakbeat artists. I will figure out some way of actually checking, but i don’t hold out much hope that it is this.

No but thats nice AF. The tune I’m looking for is more minimal (except for the crescendo), gothic-y, un-mistakeable church bell sound. In my (possibly faulty) memory its sound is late 80s / 90s house /techno, possibly industrial/EBM or a pop/rock 12" dub sound but that does have me wondering if it could be older, fusion, “experimental” electronic.

Been after this since hearing it in '96, on a Global Communication Kiss show.
Beautiful deep house…

I don’t think it ever got an official release.

Nope, still searching…

I’ve been searching for a Middle Eastern sounding cover / version / edit of Guns of Brixton for about 15 years, any ideas?

Not the one you’re looking for, but one I’ve enjoyed from a while ago

Millos helped out and ID’ed this banger:
