I’m doing a top 88 countdown on Instagram this year. www.Instagram.com/casualrecords
saw this on Twitter - from a 1997 issue of Wired, ten things that could go wrong and spoil the future. In 2021 it’s a grim punchline.
Phew, at least no 7 hasn’t materialised. Made me feel much better.
Approx once a week I decide I’m going to start a Climate Crisis thread on here.
hasn’t materialised yet
just as well, because the health service has been so well-maintained and efficient of late…
well, this is grim as could be.
Ironically if you replace cancer with resperitory illness…
Glad I didn’t read that back then. I hate spoilers…
Had that Odyssey track in my box for many years, but it is on a seven, so only just started listening to the rest of the LP, which is really nice too. Superb lists there my man, that Ikue Asazaki remix has got me all in a state, a good state.
A playlist for people drunk on a ferry. Not that surprising.
Luv ‘We Used To Dance’, is the new Faith out now?
It’s up for pre-order on the Defected website
Sometimes this guy hits you with the mushroom jazz which is def not to my liking, but him and Derrick Carter are definitely the most likely to hit you with a whole set of great records that you’ve never heard. I guess those are the flip sides to being as adventurous as he is.
Paradise 10 by Andy Weatherall
1989

Love that he called it “The Minnie Ripperton Song”!
Still on cassette at this point and before they nicked the title from this BBC sound effects record?
That needs to be on the trivia thread, what a find
