As a Vitsoe man, im glad you posted this. It balances out the horror of realising that Robert Peston has a substantial Vitose home office set up.
But then so does Jenna Lyons - who ran J. Crew when it was good.
Swings and roundabouts innit.

Thought it was great as well, much better than the last instalment. I found the jimmys scenes genuinely uncomfortable to watch though.
The tee up for the next film was interesting
Best film of the past few years for me.
I thought Die My Love was great. Jennifer Lawrence is excellent as a woman coming apart at the seams following a birth.
Includes this great version of Love With Tear Us Apart too
Think it’s on MUBI now
Will check that out. I thought she was great in Mother!
not even heard of Ghost World ? … googling now…
One of my favourite films of all time!
She’s fantastic in Silver Linings Playbook if you never caught that when it came out.
Watched the Ballad of Wallis Island on Sunday. Heartfelt and genuinely funny. Recommended.
I really liked the Ballad… very sweet film (in a good way).
Caught Marty Supreme at the cinema. Really glad I did, what a great film. Chalamet is exceptional, best thing I’ve seen him in by a mile. The music is really great too
16 Oscar nominations for Sinners. Did not see that coming.
Great film mind.
Interesting interview. Especially the bit telling directors to start making films for audiences, not for themselves.
I know, we’ve tried to watch it twice now, never got more than 30 minutes in, guess it gets better?
I enjoyed it to a point but the hype was and is very strong. Painfully slow to start, worth it for one scene, abysmal ending.
I really liked sinners, watched it again over Christmas, and still enjoyed 2nd time around. Was definitely one of my fave’s of 25. As much as I liked it I wouldn’t have thought it Oscar worthy, it’s pretty much a horror romp…must check what categories it’s in.
I really enjoyed it for what it was. Stay with it.
Finally off to see Marty Supreme. Bone Temple next week I think
Third times a charm!
Saw Marty Supreme just now - Timotay did a great job, as did Gwinnie and the rest - it was well worth viewing on the big screen. Daniel Lopatin’s score was brilliant, as were the incidental inclusions of some 80s synth bangers (PiL - Order Of Death was a nice placement).
