She gets it in some raw form probably 1 k weight as with other stuff… gave us capsules, greyish powder… piping rock do the capsules and they were recommended

If you have done the research do,we have the capsules 1600mg that seems to be the daily dose, most of the ones you can get on line are 1600mg.
Here’s where I stand at the moment.
Holy Basil before bed.
L-Lysine/Zinc before bed.
Turmeric and a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning.
One day water fast per week.
A load of Vitamin D.
Long walks with the dogs.
Cut down on sugar.
Down to 253lbs (114kgs) from 307lbs (139kgs) since July.
Trying up get below 100kgs by February.

I’m on a sugar and caffeine ten day detox. It’s day 2. Day 1 I had such a bad headache… Day 2 feels nice. All of a sudden ambient music is being played and everything feels calm. I think it could be a good thing to do…
I thought I’d done 20 years without caffeine but then found out green tea had it in it anyway. Was quite disappointed I didn’t check earlier on tbh .
Had a horrendous cold and bad cough/chest infection in October, lasted for approx 6 weeks . I felt better for a few days then bam, it hit me again. Post recovery I had a ‘melange’ of weird symptoms. Headaches in very specific places, usually at night in bed. Vertigo. Waking up feeling like I’d had 8 pints. Feeling dizzy even when just sitting still. Saw my GP and he couldn’t identify a pattern. Kept asking me if I was anxious. “Well only because I feel like shit”
Anyway. Had my bloods results through the other day. All fine. Liver good, Kidneys good. Discussion about statins doesn’t even start until scoring between 10-20. I’m a 7. LDL cholesterol is good, HDL (bad) cholesterol is slightly up at 5.9, ideally should be under five.
No reasoning behind feeling so out of it though. That has all subsided really apart from occasionally feeling dizzy still. This video helped me tremendously!
Anyway, long story short, what are some good ways to lower cholesterol, apart from the obvious, eating less shit!?
