Yeah there’s alot of nonsense involved that’s why I’m never invited 
and with the sweat lodge you are given a rock to look after for theday carrying around and in and out of the lodge…
Haha, they done it with this Dutch couple a few years ago and my Mrs brought her sister who didn’t really know what she was going to… She puked everywhere just as the chief said you might feel sick lol after all that she had the best time out of all the people that were there… The Dutch couple got a bit touchy feely as the night went on and that killed the buzz big time…

A friend has been taking the tincture since it first became widely available in the UK, and most of it has definitely changed, They assume toward something more synthetic.
