In the shop I worked in we must’ve sold hundreds of pairs of Osiris D3s … I never once stopped thinking they were the ugliest and surely the worst shoe to skate in ever made.

on the one hand, what a great fuckin’ collection! on the other hand, there’s a certain feeling i can’t quite place - maybe embarrassment by proxy over the nostalgia or a small level of scorn for the nearly useless ways people choose to spend their money and dedicate their spaces. yes, i realize this is rich, coming from a guy who’s writing from a dudecave filled with thousands of records. i’m embarrassed for myself.
