Not mine but Holographic soundwave artworks that visualise classic dance music albums | Creative Boom
USB mixtape mounted on a one off postcard sized paper cut artwork. Each postcard is cut from an A4 piece, 4 pieces making an edition of 16.
The mix on the USB is (accidentally) the length of time it takes to get from St Pancras to Gare du Nord on the Eurostar and goes from ambient through balearic and house back down to ambient.
!Collages to accompany magazine articles about c;lassical musicians Giovanni Bottesini and Ernő Dohnányi.
This is beautiful…
Funny I found this after watching the video of Dominik Eulberg track I posted in another thread
which i’m watching at this very moment - simpatico!
It’s a great track and video…
I had the pleasure of designing the album art for this ethereal new release by UK group, The Order of The 12.
"Stunning and evocative psych folk album from the Lewes based group. There are shades of Sandy Denny, Trees, Mellow Candle and the Wicker Man, shot through a kaleidoscopic lens. Beautiful tones abound from singer Rachel Thomas, backed by Stuart Carter (Fumaca Preta) and writer / producer Richard Norris (The Grid/Beyond The Wizards Sleeve).
Lewes is a place of rolling hills, druids, and sorcery. There’s also a long folk tradition there, from the Copper Family to Shirley Collins, who lives just round the corner from where this album was created. It was recorded in an attic studio on the banks of Lewes Castle."
I’ve got one of my collages in an open art exhibition, first thing I’ve entered for years so was chuffed to get accepted.
Thats ace mate!
Those are great @Balearic_Clapton You’ve reminded me to post some of mine, here’s a couple of new paper ones, there’s a few more here too.
@joeblackcircles did you do a sleeve for Brian Morrisons label? It reminded me of this…
Not me Guv, although I’m available for commissions!
