Record Cleaners

Sure this must have been discussed on a previous thread (aplogies if it has), but i’m thinking of buying a record cleaner and was wondering if anybody owns one and are they any good? The cleaner pictured looks quite reasonably priced on Amazon, and people on another forum seem quite keen on them, but i get a bit of a K-Tel/Ronco vibe from it. Any users of this device on here?
