Modded or mid-price rotary mixers

Ah yes, the headphone socket hole. Quite tactile too :joy::+1:

That looks like a very nice job indeed. thanks for the share. It does look like a pretty simple process. I might have a go myself, a friend has a cabinetry workshop, might have to do a beer transaction with him. And yes that ply deck housing looks very nice too.

Well look what you made me do. I am pretty impressed all round so far. Amazing for the price. Had a bit of a go with it. I haven’t worked out how to drop a record in yet without giving the knob a big yank.

Ohhh that does look nice! From that eBay guy?

I’d be interested in the panels for the sub zero, I didn’t think the Omni one’s were quite the same dimensions?

Think i might bite the bullet & pick one of these up, is there much difference between the Sub Zero & the Omni, other than price?
I have no experience with a rotary mixer.

Same mixer, just different name on the faceplate.

That’s a lovely bit of work.

Did you paint over the subzero logo??

I put some black tape over it. It was hurting my eyeballs lol.

These are the Omni ones turned around as I didn’t like the big logo’s on the sides. The Subzero is the same as far as the location of the side locator threads.

I just bought these from the Omni website

Cheers mate, I’ll get onto that if I can’t get them made.

Your in Sydney right? Was delivery long from Omni?

I’m in Melbourne, I was very impressed with the speed of the sub zero delivery.
