These guys are still around doing tributes to the ‘Cali’ Plenty of info online

I used to work with a guy who evangelized the acts there (but used to forego the entry fee and break in the fire exit)

Unfortunately the towns taste in soul, disco, credibile dance etc along with the most rammed pub club nights I’ve ever witnessed had died out by the mid nineties. The social economic state of the place has been downwards for as long as I can remember.
