“american graffiti” is one of my all-time favorite movies. my dad was a hot-rod guy way back when, and he introduced me to it - we’ve seen it together dozens of times. he swears it’s based on him and his friends. (it’s not)
cindy was part of an amazing ensemble cast and while she’s got her funny moments, she’s one of the few who get to play somewhat sad and serious turns as well, and she just steals scenes left and right. her, in the sock-hop spotlight trying to hide tears - fuckin’ magical. her, casually sliding into harrison ford’s chevy - cool as fuck.
RIP to a real one!

Sad news about Nathan Coles. Didn’t know him personally, but sounds like he was a lovely fella. Have read nothing but good things being said about him.
That’s sad. I went to those early Release parties, they were magical
Also lost the mother of his kids not long before 
he must have been in a shitty place to leave the kids orphans now…

Was really sad news, had some great nights at the Wiggle bashes and he played up here fairly often too at The Bomb.
