My 12 year old bought the Marty Supreme soundtrack yesterday. First time he’s ever asked to go record shopping and he wanted that and the Minecraft game soundtrack which isn’t a million miles away from the Marty Supreme. I guess my dude is in his ambient electronica mode phase.

Early 90s House/Garage comp from Pow Wow Records - heavy tip for “Zulu” by the bloke from Konk and Pal Joey. Only on this comp from what I can make out.

That gave me a sort of weird deja-vu/memory.
An early 90s mate brought that comp back from an NY trip, not seen or heard it since, but the moment the picture appeared on my screen Zulu came into my head.

Yes Zulu is definitely the pick of the bunch but two other really good tracks on it - not sure any of them were issued outside of the comp?

Violator for a quid is a hell of a score! Wish I still had my OG, but it was battered beyond use. Love that album. Also the album version of “Enjoy The Silence” pissed over any of the many remixes.

Agree with that on all but this one. One of the only three tapes I still own is Underworld doing one of the test transmissions for XFM pre launch and they played this. Took me many years and a number of miss purchased 12”s to find out which mix it was
