Greek Island recommendation for 3 nights in late Oct?

Myself and my wife are in Athens in late Oct and planning on heading out to one of the islands for 3 nights. Somewhere with a decent beach bar / cafe on the beach that plays good music would be great, nothing too hectic or totally dead either, just somewhere chilled out with a vibe. Any tips would be much appreciated. tnx!
