Good To Go : All Things Go-Go

So here it is, a thread dedicated to all things Go-Go, the musical style that originated in Washington DC in the late seventies:

In the light of a recent post in another thread and also the mention of Grace Jones’ Slave To The Rhythm with its signature Go-Go drum pattern courtesy of E.U.'s mister William ‘JuJu’ House, here’s a few of my favourites.
So please post your wellknown/obscure/affiliated gems and informative links from a sound that I thought that would conquer the world, but did not

I’m no Go Go expert, only really know the bigger records, posted this one the other day after discovering it whilst reading Dave Haslam’s autobiography where he mentions it was a big fave of his sets pre house.

Go-Go nugget: the actor who played Slim Charles in The Wire was originally a Go Go musician.

Street corner go-go parties are still a thing in DC. The shapes they throw are super impressive.

Thanks for the tip.
There was also a good BBC Arena documentary from around 85/86, I’m sure it used to be on YouTube but I couldn’t find it there last time I looked.
