Forum Meet Up

Hey folks

Some of us have expressed an interest in a forum meet up and I thought I’d try and get something organised. I had the idea of hosting a Testpressing Forum day on LooseFM down at the Design District in Greenwich, where those that want to can drop in and play for an hour. We have @Apiento’s blessing :slight_smile:

I’ve spoken to Loose, and they are up for it and have offered two dates:

Saturday 1st August
Saturday 8th August

If you fancy it, vote for your preferred date

But this isn’t about just about inviting DJs to play, this is an open invitation to everyone on the forum that fancies having a meet up. So any and all other suggestions / ideas welcome.

Definitely up for this. My summer plans are a bit vague right so could potentially make either or neither. That’s not much help, I know :roll_eyes:

I’m down in Glasgow the week before August 1st or a wedding so could possibly do a London trip at the end.

Wifey is ambivalent about the date, but mad keen on a weekend in das capital, bringing b-side heat and slept on 80’s dubs.

Thanks for taking the initiative Joe, would be a fun thing to do. Trying to pin down family holiday plans at the moment but if I’m around then will come.

So it looks like 8th August is the favourite. I’ll get that confirmed with Loose and then formulate a firmer plan :saluting_face:

I’m definitely up for it but could only make it along earlier in the day as I have to get to Sth London for about 4ish.
(unbelievably another meetup of old mates I’ve not seen this century has fallen on the same day)
