The two mates I go to matches with, bought us all flights & accommodation for Bilbao, as my 50th bday present, for dead cheap, back in September. It’s been a long, crap season of terrible football - but astonishingly… here we are, with a tough away game in the northern pole, on a plastic pitch, in the way of a likely 4th match of the season against Yanited (we won the first 3, and then ‘Spurs?…’)

Yes - Belgian. The glass depicts a sperm. The beer is Kwak. Which may mean spunk, though I’m not certain on this last point.

Yes of course “kwak” can be translated to spunk, but the origin is the sound it makes when you’re putting the glass down when there’s still beer inside, it says “kwak”.

Bit of an anti climax tbf. Battered them in first half, 4-0 up at HT. At u15 the players are too cool for school, hardly celebrated. Although they were very happy to have won.
