Mrs is back from a winter solstice sweat lodge, she only stayed last night. Brought home some presents she was told to keep out of reach…:flushed:

Haha in general I think… fly agaric on the left is the strong one… I’ll be staying away from that…

I thought it might be, see lots of vids saying how mis-understood it is, think been too brainwashed to give it a go now. Have some 'God Molecule’ which we are going to try over Christmas, slightly terrified.

I’m sure you know - but just embrace it, go with it and it’ll all be okay

Oh yes…really important topic, sometimes all you need is something to get you back on track with your thoughts, which is really difficult during this, shall we say, post-human condition we’re in now.

Mental health is something that will be succumbing somewhere behind all the virtual masks we end up creating and making things even worse if we’re not careful:

try martial arts, books, good friends, or just one is enough, or better, be friends with people much older than you, distance yourself from people who make your stomach churn… choose an instrument instead, go get it somewhere far away, come back home and play it regardless record it, just do something, observe, and don’t think twice about calling someone if you feel ‘those things’… anyway, did you watch Wire - On The Box - Live at Rockpalast 1979? that’s the best antidepressant you’ll find out there.

Hey, a lovely lovelly day to you all

Eat as well as possible, exercise, listen to good music, see your mates, love your fam, no matter what has always got me through all the darkness since I realised.

I just started proper exercise again. It’s crazy how much more level you feel. I’m getting into tennis. I can see that becoming a bit of an obsession.

Now that you’re in LA, Ty from HVW8 - an absolute gem of a human being as an aside - is really into tennis. His art show openings are pretty special as well.

For hiking, jogging, walking dog etc the hill up to Griffith Observatory is pretty cool. Just need to be sure your car’s out of there by sunset

Also, and I’ve heard it’s changed a bit now, but I enjoyed taking my dogs up and down Runyon Canyon if only to see that absolutely bonkers unfinished house at the top.
