I can’t be the only person who is now searching for what fear of rubber between the toes is called?!

No idea, but I guarantee the Dutch or Germans have a term for it.

Japanese Getas - You’ll be taller, cosmopolitan and the wiggle needed to wear them will no doubt add some spice to your morning.

As you say, the initial outlay seems a lot. But when you consider these will break in beautifully, and be on your feet (intermittently) for the next 20+ years, then the price point seems exceptionally good value.

I’d have to add mules for men to that list you made as well personally, not for me but each to their own- I just don’t think they’re flattering at all

Regular Birkenstocks ok imo or just some low Converse.

Men’s feet are damn ugly

I’ll try this line on the Mrs, similar discussions regarding Japanese denim have proved successful!

Yep, sorry but they look absolutely awful on men imo.

If I saw some fella shuffling towards me in a pair of those I’d quickly cross the street to avoid close proximity contact

But to each their own and all that.

I’ve loved my sleepers made by a local gal. Smooth, soft leather, thin but comfy sole. But after 4 years leather broke, yeah maheem, you need to cut your toe nails more often lol.

Ordered new and “improved” ones, but improved sole is shit and stiff, I don’t like them as the first ones. Anyhow I still wear them with the hole.

Saw this CTs today, love them but when I saw the price start thinking about classic Vans on sale

Should this be in ‘Is it Balaeric?’
Whilst on my deep dive into the World Wide Web looking for KU clothing I happened upon the results of the Freddie Mercury auction. This collection of T-shirts, singlets and joggers sold for £44,000 I shit you not. Several Ku tops and a KU leisure suit :open_mouth: as well as some Pikes tops and an Eagle Munchen vest and assorted 80s buisness. Too cool not to share but 44k fookin hell.
