Fell for it last night and just called my bank. Had to shut the card I paid with. Unfortunately they can’t cancel the payment but I can make a ‘reclamation’ (is that what you call it?) via the bank and they’ll decide whether to return the money. Fuck sake.

Payment is still pending so can’t be cancelled yet.

Not your fault. It was quite a convincing site. I got almost to the point of paying and just had this weird feeling that it wasn’t quite right. The bank seemed to think so too and I went back and checked a few things with the legit site and it didn’t sit right. Hope you lads get your money back.

I got badly done last year. There was a really well done store site selling a lot of different brands, Battenwear, Post overalls, etc. But what got me was they were selling a few pieces of Universal works stuff, from back when their clothes didn’t look utterly crap, so discontinued stuff. Turns out that they were a non existing store. Universal works said that it was indeed a very convincing site, the best that they had seen.

Just picked up a pair of reasonably priced BAPE Manhunts in the End sale. I had a pair back in the 00s when Nigo was still doing wonderful things, obviously BAPE has been heavily diluted since being acquired by IT Group, but these ring true.
