To qualify for an official blue plaque, the recipient needs to have been deceased for either 20 years or.passed the the cetenary of their birth. Perhaps he’s getting an unofficial one?
Hasn’t Camden got its own? Walk of Fame/pavement plaques type thing? Saw that Trouble Anderson got something similar the other day. Maybe it’s one of those.
