These MAD are usually vinyl only to start with then they release the digital files at the correct price later. You do get the digital files if you buy the vinyl which always strikes me as odd (when you can’t buy solely digital).

I think they want to ensure they shift the physical stock first.

I think they do it as BC t&cs are you have to do digital as well as vinyl so companies that dont want to do standalone digital price really high

I love this tune. Didn’t realise ER had licensed it.

Is the JV version still free on Bandcamp? It was name your price originally.

Btw the name your price JV edits are gone after today, apparently. Get them while you can.

Unreleased Danger Mouse & Jemini album from 2003 dropped

I’ve been trying to ascertain whether there is a connection between the label Coach House, which is Canadian, and Eddy Grant’s Coach House Rhythm Section. According to Discogs, EG has released on Coach House, but i can’t find mention of any specific link between them anywhere. Does anyone here know anything?

Edit - there must be a connection as CH also put out The Mexicano, which is EG’s brother, Rudy.

Strange that nothing is mentioned on Discogs though.
