I’d try to add to this magnificent thread some early Israeli reggae tunes, which all still sound great to my ears today.
This is Avi Matos, who was an unsung hero of the reggae scene here, the first one who recorded Reggae in Hebrew without seeing it as a novelty act. And he even recorded with Denis Bovell
