Alden Tyrell - “Phaze Me”
Can’t actually find a youtube linky of it pitched down to 33 (but here’s the original):
But (at the risk of making a faux pas) it’s on this, approx. between 1h44m and 1h50m:
flipside of in/flux, played this at the wrong speed until i heard it on cd DJ Shadow - Hindsight (Vinyl Rip) - YouTube
Check EFAB Sound for loads of Cosmic wrong speed laffs https://youtube.com/c/EFABSoundbyAndFer67
That’s the normal speed though right.?
I still have that kicking around somewhere
Original speed, it really is like a Low Life era lost New Order track
Yeah it is, but I was talking about playing the 45 or the UK 12". Could’ve been more clear, sorry.
It’s rare you find a record they can be pitched up to 45 instead of 33 but this works! If you have a copy, try the a side on 45 -5. Proper groove! https://youtu.be/dzLgnsYMEj4

this works nicely on 45
I play the looong instrumental part at 45 and drop it to 33 right before Sade’s vocals come in.
The Breeze/Cocktails By The Pool, as the name suggests, is supposed to be an 80 -90 bpm chilled vibe played at 33rpm.
But at 45rpm it becomes a Balearic Disco Bomb
Play at -1 to -8 depending on the track and your taste. All four tracks are secret weapons.
Can’t find a slow version but I played this on 33 for years without realising it should have been 45 and loved it. When I first heard the original speed it sounded unlistenable. Still does.
Played by Andy Blake/World Unknown.
Slam - Azure at 33 becomes a chugger.
