Whats the mix you often go back to that we might not know?

one for those who like repetition - basic channel, dub techno vibes

good for running or cycling to (watch the speed limits)

There’s a series of vaguely bootleg-ish Japanese tapes called “Histories of Dance Music” that were floating around for a while. They’re all outstanding but the Kalim Shabazz one is flawless a clinic in NJ/NY style

Any of Mark Seven’s Parkway Master Mixes.

LTJ Bukem’s Half A Decade In Dance for Ministry is still probably my most listened to mix. There are better d&b mixes, but this one takes me back to driving around the UK before / between and after club nights. Used to hammer it

Ruf Tapes were pure fun while they lasted. These are the essence of a mixtape for me.

Any Piers mix. Especially the two housey ones.

Heidi Lawden’s TP mix takes me somewhere nice too.

That NOW set is incredible and I totally agree about it being one to go back to loads. The other mix for me is Midland’s FACT mix he did a loooooong time ago! The one with his remix of boards of Canada. I played that over and over when it came out.
