Thanks, but this is a re-issue even if Juno doesn’t realise!
(in fact the Hooked mix is even older)

that place is pretty funny, i’ve never found anything worth buying, but it’s in a really nice area though, i think, – lots of little po-mo housing around, although it used to be very rough in the 1980s on that street (so i’ve been told)

a few streets over is this place Google Maps i don’t think it has a name, but the guy builds his own hifi and has a little selection of second hand and new reocrds for sale, i’ve found some nice bits there, it’s all a bit random.

Got this recent on sale, lovely floaty reissue on Ambient Sans

Love this! Both sides are superb.

I went back and bought the first one a few months ago

One of those snap purchases when you head to discogs after first hearing a song on a mix/radio and seem to find a bargain copy (compared to the sales history), completely ignoring the thousands of other records that you know and love that have been on the wantlist for decades but never quite get bought for whatever reason.

The pre-orders from Dubwise turned up at once. Three killer reissues and a lovely new one from Alpine Sound.

Just pre-ordered this, NYDM aka Justin Miller’s first release on his new label.

didn’t buy this when it first came out, but I’ve been listening to it loads recently so finally got a copy;

#2 b side is pretty nice too, now thinking of getting that too. – PRSN2B | pretty sneaky probably more to most TP crowd’s taste, spun out guitars over a fettburger/sottofett style dub rhythm,

(does anyone know if this is a shed side project?)

Some Juno bits and a very sweaty Saturday trip to Inverted Audio. Tom is a proper pusher. Very little info on the Playbook001 12". The manufacturer has even scratched out the matrix numbers on the record so you can’t identify who released it.

The Lipelis remix of the Dizzy K is seriously good.

so this isn’t me buying a record for once but my algorithm took me to a post where a guy into hardcore (the SoCal punk kind) was showing his pick ups from a record fair. Every record was $200+ and all of them had photocopied sleeves, proper DiY stuff. I did some basic math judging by the prices in the sleeves and it was easily $3400. Is that normal for people to spend that much at record fairs?

Also, a reminder that there are entire scenes out there that I know absolutely nothing about.

Yeah he doesn’t leave you alone! Thought he was gonna follow me to the pub afterward. Good selection though.

Does a great job of figuring out what you’re into. Small amount of stock but nicely curated with a lot of stuff I have never even heard of before.

Mini Bristol dig whilst up for work. Surprised I didn’t leave these in the pub. Hazy World Cup head today
